✅ You know,what quality actually means and what it doesn’t mean! and who is specifically responsible for it. Is a complaint really a complaint? In many cases not!
✅ You know who is the supplier and customer within an organization and who is actually allowed to judge whether a task has been done well!There is no need for bosses in the role of referee. The roles change from process to process!
